RETURN/ REFUND POLICY AND CANCELLATIONS

Returns

Return Due To Damage

Happy Things will happily accept returns due to shipping damage as long as a request to return is received by us within 24 hours of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in re-sellable condition. The return product should be shipped within 24 - 48 hours after it is accepted by us. Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to the original payment mode. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

We do not provide any return/ exchange on items purchased during special sales.

Please note - Incase you received damaged product reach out to us with product pictures for the same. Any request without pictures will not be entertained by the support team.

Return Due to Incorrect Address/ Contact Number/ Unavailability

Incase of return due to wrong address/ phone number or unavailability by the customer, Happy things will not bear the shipping and return shipping charges. In such cases the shipping and RTO charges will be borne by the customer.

Return Due to Print/ Design

As all images provided on the website are of the original product return/ exchange for a design is not possible because of the delicate nature of the product. The products are not digitally printed so the colors are 99% accurate.

Cancellations

The Cancel Option is available only before your order is shipped. We would not be able to cancel the order when it in transit. If you are facing any issue, you can reach out to us at hi.happythings@gmail.com

If you change your mind before you have received your order and the your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy. 

 

Refund Policy

Once your order is cancelled we will process the refund. Happy Things will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid. The refund amount will be based on the product price at the time of the purchase. The shipping charges will be borne by the customer. Currently we do not provide reverse pick-up facility.

Once the product reaches back to us and passes the quality check we will issue a refund. Incase the product reaches us in a damaged condition we will provide partial or no refund.

The online refund procedure will be initiated within 1 day after your product is received and passes the quality check. Once initiated, the amount will reflect in your account. Customers will be updated via email once we initiate the refund procedure. The refund process will take upto 7 days to be complete.

For COD order refund the customer has to send an e-mail to hi.happythings@gmail.com along with their bank details and the refund will be via online transfer hence.
